Home infusion is a popular choice for ongoing intravenous (IV) therapy. Staying at home is economical, convenient, and comfortable. The home care environment also reduces exposure to infection.
Our pharmacy staff compounds specialty infusion medications according to doctor's orders in a clean-room environment, then delivers the medication to the patient's home. Community Nursing Services (CNS) home health care nurses teach patients and caregivers how to administer the medications properly and how to care for your IV line. Our focus is to provide the highest quality and most comprehensive care possible to our patients. We serve patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatric.
The CNS Pharmacy has a full staff of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, IV-skilled nurses, and a registered dietitian. Our IV Pharmacists are experts in drug and solution compounding. The complex job of compounding is carried out by licensed pharmacy technicians in our state-of-the-art clean room to ensure the highest quality and safety.

To maximize insurance benefits CNS provides comprehensive insurance and pre-authorization screening. CNS Pharmacy is Medicare and Medicaid certified and participates with most major health care insurance providers. CNS offers lowest self-pay pricing for those without insurance.
CNS Charitable Care may be available to help individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or who are facing economic hardships and do not have the means to pay.
